Whether a buyer or a seller, you can expect from me professionalism, integrity, timely communication the way you want to be communicated with, promises kept, and attention to detail. In addition I bring contract/negotiation skills and technology savvy to the table. But, most importantly, you can count on a commitment and focus on you (my customer) with compassion, as buying and selling a home is often one of the biggest financial transactions in one’s lifetime. My goal is for each client to feel like they received 5 star service with 5 star results.
Before becoming a licensed fulltime REALTOR, I obtained a BA in Hotel & Restaurant from Washington State University and then worked in the hospitality industry for luxury hotels like the Ritz Carlton. Later I owned and operated an Executive Search Firm for the real estate and hospitality industries where we placed candidates in executive positions. The background needed to be successful as a business owner and recruiter (headhunter) has helped me to transition smoothly into a real estate career as a REALTOR.
Currently, I live in Goodyear, having purchased my home a year and a half ago. Prior to this I lived in West Palm Beach Florida, Seattle Washington and was born in England. My parents live in Sun City West where they enjoy all an Active Adult Retirement Community has to offer. The dog you see in the photo with me is Caye (short for Cayanne Pepper). We love to go on walks exploring the valley of the sun, so keep an eye out for us and say "hello".
